Task List
There are tons of task lists out there. I want to create one that allows tasks to be cyclical but without a firm schedule.
The intention is to use this to prioritize house work that needs to be done. There are times when you just can't get to your daily chores which throws schedules out of whack.
Instead of specifying the days things must be done, I want to specify the frequency and the importance. I can then create an algorithm to prioritize the tasks along with an urgency rating.
I can even set up a cron job to send a daily email with the top items that must be done.
Media inventory system
A catalog of all the books, movies, music, etc... that exist in your collection. This will have to use a database backend, provide the ability to enter data, search, and export data.
Photo Album
I like photography and I am interested in the various EXIF settings of the photos I have taken. I would like to create a photo album that allows me to capture the EXIF data of my photos and make that searchable.
I would like to have the ability to find all the photos I took with a certain camera and a certain lens with a specified shutter speed range.
